Headline inflation unchanged at 3.9% in February 2024

Annual inflation in February 2024 was 3.9%, the same rate recorded in January 2024. Group indices were generaly stable recording marginal changes, except for the Transport, Food and Non-alcoholic Beverages and Miscellaneous Goods & Services. The main inflationary pressures are now from the domestic economy (with domestic tradeables inflation at 4.6%). The core inflation rate (inflation excluding administered prices) also remained unchanged at 4.1% in February 2024.
