France has updated its tax haven blacklist and has removed Botswana after complying with the rules on the exchange of information on taxable entities. However, Seychelles have been added to the list since it has failed to comply with the rules on information sharing. Blacklisted countries are subject to tighter conditions when funds have to be transferred to them.
